women@dstructured_finance: Case Study Event KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH “Digital Infrastructure Project in Europe” on 21. September 2026 The case: A holding company and a telecommunications provider have established a joint venture which in Poland has a fibre optic network (FTTH) for 2 million. The aim is to establish and operate rural households. For the financing of this project, the KfW IPEX bank is requested as an arranger and underwriter for local currency financing.

Your part: You slip into the role of the responsible project employee. Together with your colleagues, you analyze the different aspects of the project and decide: What role do the project participants play? What risks is the project associated with? How can these risks be reduced or secured? What financing structure do you think? Of course, you will be accompanied by experienced employees.

Get-together: After the case study, you have the opportunity to talk to our colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere at lunchtime. After that, we will give you a further insight into our corporate culture and you will have the opportunity to inform you about our further commitment to junior staff and our trainee programs.
