Responsibility for Windows infrastructures and applications used Ensuring ongoing operation Development of problem solutions in 1st and 2nd level support Acceptance and solution of user problems in personal contact, telephone and email Processing of faults, remote and directly on site

Successfully completed training as a specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification or Professional experience Experience with ticket systems desirable Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and the MS application family Knowledge of working with Active Directory and good network skills German language skills in word and writing High customer and user orientation as well as self-employment and target orientation
