You are responsible for the rollout of passive infrastructure in the case of new construction and rebuilding measures in the mobile communications sector ( Tower) in compliance with the dates and budget requirements and in compliance with the economic, technical and legal framework conditions until handover to:the customer. Responsible for the members assigned to your team, both professional and disciplinary Responsibility for the targeted use of the budget allocated to the group for investment, including the derivation of budget optimization measures Designing conceptual cooperation and independent negotiation with external service providers and vendors as part of the operational network development projects for Vodafone-Germany as well as other (ext.) customers. Active testing of our processes for improvement potential and giving feedback to key stakeholders for best practice' approaches, including the introduction of new cost-effective technologies and projects Creation of requirements for the further development of infrastructure-specific reporting

At least 5 years of professional experience in the TK sector and in project management as well as a well-founded knowledge of the processes in the field of network building (fixed network and mobile) A successfully completed study, a comparable vocational training (message technology / informatics / physics / electrical engineering) or equivalent knowledge acquired in practice (e.g. long-term professional experience as a technician /-in) Extensive experience in the design and implementation of processes and workflows in the field of deployment and in the adjacent areas of expertise A strong conceptual and analytical thinking and working method, competent appearance, team spirit, enforcement ability and negotiation competence in dealing with internal and external suppliers Proven experience as leadership and willingness to travel activities Flowing German (C1) and good English (B2) in word and writing
