In this responsible position, you take over the technical, organizational and personnel management of our specialist service. Together with a dedicated team, you will ensure that families are reliably and professionally supported in distressing situations. Technical, organisational and personnel management of the family care service Control of case acceptance, case distribution and deployment planning as well as ensuring demand-oriented utilization Close cooperation and communication with youth offices, health insurance companies, pension insurance companies and other cooperation partners Creation of help plan reports, participation in help plan calls and control of communication with the service providers Responsibility for budget planning, performance accounting, funding management and economic management Further development of the specialist service and ensuring quality standards and data protection Organisation and moderation of meetings, training and supervision Representation of the department and participation in networks and bodies

Complete study of social work, social education, social economy or a comparable qualification Professional experience in family support, family care or a comparable field of work Ideally leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility for a team Organisational skills and a structured, independent way of working Embossed communication and leadership skills combined with an appreciation of leadership The joy of decision, sense of responsibility and economic thinking Safe handling of current MS Office applications and the willingness to work in specialist software Class B driving licence
