Analyze and understand business processes, needs, and challenges within the organization Gather, document, and prioritize business and system requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that drive process efficiency and business value Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other partners Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance of new or modified systems Support change management and adoption during the implementation of new solutions Develop and maintain process maps, models, and related documentation
University degree in IT, Business Administration, Systems Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience Proven experience in business analysis, requirements management, or process improvement Strong understanding of service market business operations and technical systems Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences Experience working in agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is highly valued Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or process modeling standards (e.g., BPMN) is a plus
