Our team around our managing director Erwin Barowski is growing steadily. At present, 12 employees work with us in the technical execution of our refurbishment procedures, 2 specialist consultants in the analysis and consulting with the customer and 3 employees in the organization and administration of our specialist company. Confidence, family management, communication at eye level and appreciation for the work done by the individual colleagues are our first priority.

You professionally carry out the renovation with the customer and document it. You are responsible for the planning and coordination of the construction site. You are friendly and competent to the customer during execution. At any time, you ensure compliance with our ISOTEC quality promise.

You like to pack, appreciate a friendly touch and have a positive attitude to life. You have experience in craftsmanship and have been working in the construction sector for a long time. You always work carefully and clean and are very customer-oriented. You love your profession, but you also enjoy varied tasks. You own a driver's license and you'll be self-employed.
