Successfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field Multiannual professional experience in project management or in the execution of projects in the construction and real estate industry according to AHO Good knowledge of AHO (project management), ideally the HOAI Structured operation, sense of responsibility and communication strength Very good German knowledge, both oral and written Strong communication skills and strong negotiation skills Team spirit, valuable ways of dealing and joy in new tasks
