You support our team as Project Manager (m/d)

Project Responsibility: Independent planning, control and implementation of development projects for innovative functional coatings and surface finishing for existing and new medical devices - across all phases of the project, from initiation to successful completion Coordination: Professional responsibility for interdisciplinary project teams and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and transparent cooperation Project Management: Creation and Monitoring and Control of Project Plans, Budgets, Resources and Schedules Focusing on Quality, Cost and Timeline Risk Management: Identification and Evaluation of Project Risks and Ensuring a Sustainable Quality and Project Success Management throughout the Project Lifecycle Process optimization: Active development of project management processes and tools as well as the introduction of practical improvements Strategic development: support for the expansion of the project portfolio and participation in strategic initiatives to further develop the company

Qualification: Successfully completed study of natural sciences, medical technology or a comparable qualification Experience: At least five years of professional experience in project management, ideally complemented by certification such as PMI, IPMA or comparable Regulatory know-how: First experience in the regulated environment of medical technology and knowledge of relevant requirements according to ISO 13485 and FDA regulations Leadership competence: Embossed communication and leadership skills as well as a high level of enforcement and persuasion Operation: Structured, solution-oriented and self-responsive approach combined with a high customer and service orientation Tools: Secure handling of MS Project, JIRA, Confluence and other common project management tools Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
