To strengthen our Training and Simulation department, we are looking for you as Visual Motion Designer (3D) (m/w/d)! In this role, you will awaken our brand, products and shipbuilding projects through high-quality 3D animations, motion graphics and films. Together with internal disciplines, you develop visual concepts that convince both internally and externally and combine technical know-how with design requirements. Your tasks at a glance: You design, design and implement sophisticated 3D and motion design projects from the first idea to the final output. This is done in close cooperation with internal stakeholders such as design, marketing, communication and sales as well as external partners. For different communication channels, create renderings, animations, cinematics, product visualizations and videos, among others for social media, trade fairs, customer events and internal communication. The development of storyboards, styleframes, look and feel concepts as well as Animatics is also part of your task. You identify new visual technologies and tools (e.g. AI-based applications or real-time engines) independently and integrate them into existing workflows. In the case of film productions on site, you support the implementation and accompany technical implementation within the framework of events.
Complete studies or training in the field of motion design, film, communication design, media design or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience (approx. 3-5years) in motion or 3D design, ideally in the agency or creative production environment Experience in handling 3D software, such as Cinema 4D (incl.
