You ensure smooth and trouble-free operation of our online shop You control and optimise the processes between shop, logistics, customer service and marketing You coordinate new products as well as the care and development of assortments and content processes You monitor and optimize order, payment and shipping processes You identify optimization potentials and successfully implement appropriate measures Start, analyze and develop dashboards, reports and relevant KPIs continuously

You have a completed commercial training or a study in the field of business, e-commerce or a comparable subject You have at least 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce, online operations or digital project management You have experience in controlling complex digital processes as well as cross-area interfaces You bring a profound understanding of e-commerce processes, online customer journeys and project and process management You know yourself with shop systems (ideally Shopify) as well as ERP and CRM systems (preferably SAP) You work safely with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Power BI and teams, and ideally have experience with Jira, Asana or comparable workflow tools
