Secretariat and appointment organisation: You coordinate appointments as well as presence and video hours in the national and international context and take over the internal and external correspondence. OP, bed and office hours management: You support the organizational planning and coordination in operating, bed and speaking time management. Correspondence, postal and telephone services: You process incoming and outgoing mail as well as emails reliably and structured and take over the telephone care of our patients. Accounting and cost estimates: You create cost proposals in cooperation with the medical controller and assist in billing speech hours or the billing office. Interface function: You act as a connecting link between patients and the medical team.

You have completed commercial training or training as a medical specialist (m/w/d) or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, you bring professional experience in the clinic or health care and work independently, committed and proactive. You are characterized by good communication skills, sensitivity and joy in dealing with patients. You have good English skills as well as very good PC skills, especially in MS Office, and ideally experience with ORBIS. You appreciate teamwork and bring a cooperative and service-oriented working.
