Foreman shell / turnkey construction (m/f/d)

As a polisher (w/m/d) you plan the execution, design and control of the construction process in cooperation with the project team You ensure the careful implementation of all construction measures together with the construction management You coordinate and review subcontractors You are responsible for the acceptance and deficiencies of the subcontractors You plan and control all personnel, equipment and material use at the construction site You monitor compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations

You are a tested polisher (w/m/d) or master (w/m/d) You ideally bring at least 3 to 5 years of practical professional experience as a polisher (w/m/d) in raw / turnkey construction with You already have experience in the guidance and management of professional staff and subcontractors You have good knowledge of the VOB and the current work and environmental policy You convince by an independent and targeted way of working
