We are looking for ourKlinik for Geriatrie - Center for Age Medicine in full time or part time.

At our geriatric stations, you accompany highly aged people with active and therapeutic care – always closely coordinated in the interdisciplinary team. Your tasks:

• you support your colleagues in the care of our geriatric patients
• Together, your team will ensure that our patients feel well looked after
• you work closely with the other professional groups

Your profile:

• you are a nurse /in or Senior Caregiver /in (m/w/d) with two years of training
• in dealing with our patients you are very empathy
