Your mission: Support and development of a customer base from the request to the order processing in close cooperation with the external service Creation and maintenance of customer orders, including technical article description and ensuring smooth production processes Responsibility for master data management, process processing and inventory control as well as execution of invoices Control of customer requests and orders in coordination with production departments and adjacent departments Processing of complaints and creation of reports for the assigned customer base Support for the external service in the generation of new customers and promotion of cross-team cooperation

Your profile: Successfully completed commercial or technical training as well as professional experience in sales, ideally in the packaging sector or production environment Embossed commercial and technical understanding as well as reliable numerical and process understanding Founded application knowledge in MS Office, supplemented by ERP basic knowledge of advantage High level of commitment, autonomy and flexibility in working Responsibility, enforcement and communication strength in dealing with internal and external partners Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Dutch language skills in word and writing are desirable
