Total commitment to IT infrastructure, IT systems and IT services Control, coordination and monitoring of external IT service providers and service partners Technical support and coordination of ERP systems (e.g. user support, further development, cutting points) Contact person for specialist departments in ERP-related questions and process optimisations Ensuring stable, secure and sustainable IT and ERP operation Recording, evaluating and prioritizing IT and ERP requirements from the departments Preparing for management bases, recommendations for action and economic activities Planning and control of IT and ERP projects (e.g. releases, extensions, amendments) Responsibility for IT security, data protection and compliance Monitoring of budgets, contracts, licensing and SLAs Documentation and standardization of IT and ERP processes and continuous improvement Support for audits and audits in the IT and ERP environment

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience in building external IT and ERP service providers High impact on ERP systems and understanding of operational procedures Expertise in user support and translation of technical requirements in technological solutions Comprehensive understanding of modern IT infrastructures (networks, servers, cloud and applications) Basic knowledge of IT security, data protection (e.g. GDPR) and IT governance Know-how in the preparation and presentation of management bases Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Analytical, structured working method to be able to cope with complex system relationships Structured, analytical and solution-oriented work Representative communication and coordination skills High self-responsibility and decision-making
