Electrician in the area of sewage treatment plants (m/f/d)

The municipal works Speyer provide customers with electricity, gas, water and heat in Speyer and outside the city of Domstadt and have the management of the Speyer waste disposal plants. With around 300 employees and an annual turnover of 160 million. We are an important employer in the region.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for

Industrieelektriker, Elektroniker, Elektroanlagenmonteur, Elektriker, Elektrofachkraft o. ä. (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Implementation of regular cleaning, inspection and maintenance work
• Oil change on motors and gears, lubrication of movable parts, cleaning of
• Ventilation grids
• implementation of inspections, maintenance and repairs of other electrical installations and
• means of operation
• Removal of mechanical and electrical malfunctions
• Control and inspection of power and emergency power supply
• Self-employed determination of spare parts
• Implementation of the inventory
• Support activities in wastewater treatment plants
• Alternating weekend and call readiness service

Personal and technical requirements

• Completed training as an industrial electrician, electronic engineer for operating technology or energy and building technology, electrical plant engineer (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of processes in wastewater treatment is advantageous
• Knowledge found in electrical and mechanical engineering
• knowledge of energy production plants (including CHPs) are desirable
• Good computer knowledge (MS-Office products)
• Willingness to continue training (e.g. a clear-water course)
• Cooperation and team skills as well as economic thinking and action
• Interest in environmental protection and renewable energy
• Class B licence
