• First practical knowledge of building management desirable
• Result-oriented and business-economic thinking and action
• Ready to travel in the Berlin/Brandenburg region
• Reliability and communication skills
• Basics MS-Office user knowledge
• Very good German knowledge
• Class B licence required

Your responsibility

• Maintenance, inspection, repair and testing of electrical equipment in changing objects
• Ensuring optimal availability of all systems
• Execution of electrical installations and evaluation of plant conditions
• Implementation and maintenance of complete digital error, testing, maintenance and inspection reports
• Monitoring and coordination of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work
• Participation in the occasional standby service and readiness to call

Your working hours

• From now on, unlimited
• Full time, 40 hours/week
• Monday to Friday, 5 days/week
