Senior Test Manager (m/f/d)

In the central test management you are responsible for all tasks of classical test management. These include the management of test teams, the planning and documentation of the tests and the stakeholder communication. The following tasks are part of your daily work: Responsibility for the entire test planning, monitoring and control Consultancy regarding testability of requirements Support of test teams with regard to test analysis and test design and evaluation of test criteria Preparation of the test documentation with test concepts, test plans and test final reports Consulting and support with regard to test data, test environments and tools to be used Supporting the test priority and effort allocation in the test process Creation of cost estimates incl. Documentation of the work packages included Assessment of process maturity using error report information and derivation of corresponding optimization measures

relevant experience in the creation of test concepts and the targeted use of test methods and strategies well-founded knowledge of legal regulations and requirements, in particular in the insurance or financial environment completed studies of (economic) informatics or comparable training ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced Level) solution-oriented and structured operation Communication and team competence Own initiative and sense of responsibility
