An internship in the Mercedes-Benz portfolio management portfolio team enables you to actively contribute to the orientation of the future Mercedes-Benz vehicle portfolio. You will experience the first ideas for the vehicles of the future. We are responsible for portfolio management and product strategy for all vehicle projects in the early development phase and set the global model program for Mercedes-Benz Cars. We are an interdisciplinary team of engineers and business economists and are looking for support for the definition of the future vehicle concepts of Mercedes-Benz and the derivation of a holistic product strategy taking into account the sales, technology, production and design requirements with the aim of ensuring the sustainability and success of the Group. Your tasks include: Screening of international market and competition activities

Analysis and processing of market and customer data

Analysis of future trends and their importance for the automotive industry

Tuning with interfaces from sales, development, design etc.

Creating high-quality decision and presentation documents with board relevance, as well as presentation of these in management appointments

Working with the design of new vehicles

Working in agile workshops/design thinking processes etc.

The activity can begin from February 2026.

Course: BWL, Industrial Engineering, Vehicle Technology or a comparable degree course Good knowledge of products and competitors in the automotive industry

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Excellent PowerPoint skills and safe handling of MS Office

Very high interest in the automotive industry and vehicle concepts

High affinity for the Mercedes-Benz brand and its products

Creativity, team/communication capability and openness
