You take responsibility for the project management of service and maintenance projects in the field of building technology, technical facility service, utility technology, technical building equipment (TGA) / technical building management (TGM) in Karlsruhe and the surrounding area. You can expect varied tasks with a technical and commercial focus as well as a corporate car for private use.

Responsible management, coordination and monitoring of projects in compliance with quality, time and budget requirements Planning and coordination of personnel and subcontractors to efficiently implement projects and maintenance measures Creation and maintenance of project, maintenance and schedules as well as ensuring a smooth project sequence Technical testing and evaluation of offers of external service providers with regard to material selection, execution and cost-effectiveness Coordination with customers on project status, progress and completed services and development of economic optimization proposals Professional leadership and motivation as well as support of the project team to implement the project objectives

Complete further training for technicians or masters, an engineering degree or a comparable technical qualification, e.g. in the supply technology or the HKLS, electrical or refrigeration engineering structures Multiannual professional experience in the project environment and sound knowledge in project management Good commercial understanding and safe handling of current IT applications such as MS Office Impressed leadership and communication strength as well as the ability to motivate and successfully manage teams Self-employed, structured and responsible operation combined with high reliability, enforcement capability and customer and service orientation Flowing German knowledge (C1 level) and a valid class B licence
