HR Specialist People Development (m/f/d)

Own-responsible design, implementation and evaluation of offers for the development and qualification of employees and managers, including re- and upskilling Active participation in the development and implementation of talent management, including target group determinations, selection of procedures, conducting potential analyses, design of programs/curricula and complementary offers, as well as designing successor and career planning Take over projects for the further development of corporate culture, in particular based on results of relevant feedback procedures such as employee surveys and 360-degree feedback Taking over projects to further develop and digitize the POD structures and processes, e.g. when introducing appropriate IT systems and solutions Selecting and taxing external service providers Creating and performing presentations, moderations and trainings Advising management, executives and departments Cooperation with other HR disciplines such as HR Business Partnering and employee representatives, corporate communication and other internal interfaces

Complete university studies, preferably economics, social sciences or psychology At least 5 experience in medium-sized enterprises, in the group context or in consulting companies in the area People & Organizational Development or HR Business Partnering Experience gained in the design and implementation of offers/measures of education and training and talent management Embossed analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with safe occurrence, communication and negotiation strength Very good German knowledge
