Team Leader Product Management Chatbot C24 Bank (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the strategic development of our self-built C24 chatbot as well as the automation of all communication channels, defining the product vision and implementing a clear, sustainable product strategy You control the implementation of strategic initiatives in close cooperation with Tech, AI, Operations, Risk, Compliance and other areas along the product roadmap You guide the Chatbot product team professionally and disciplinefully, develop structures, methods and processes and establish a powerful, collaborative team culture You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, moderate workshops and prioritization rounds and prepare management reports as well as decision templates to address You will explore technological trends in the field of Conversational AI and develop innovative product features and strategic developments You meet data-based decisions, analyze user behavior and Chatbot KPIs confidently and communicate clearly, convincingly and addressably with stakeholders of all levels

You have a successfully completed degree in business, computer science or a comparable discipline You have strong technical and analytical skills as well as a sound understanding of digital products, AI-based systems, data models and modern technology stacks You bring multi-year experience in the implementation of complex product initiatives as well as in cooperation and strategic coordination with cross-functional teams You have first leadership experience in the product or tech environment and are confident about internal and external stakeholders You communicate safely in German and English, both oral and written
