Currently, it is possible to become a central part of the company as Finance Manager (m/w/d), to take over the leadership of a four-member team and to control the financial processes of both the German company and the international subsidiaries. You lead and are responsible for the international accounting and reporting, including the reporting of the Deutsche Gesellschaft according to HGB and US GAAP as well as the consolidated group according to US GAAP. You monitor and control the entire budgeting and forecasting process and develop financial analyses that support the strategic decisions of management. You optimise the financial processes and ensure that financial reporting takes place efficiently and transparently at local and global level. You lead and coordinate a four-member team in financial accounting and controlling and promote close cooperation both within the team and with other departments. You are responsible for controlling, including financial controlling, and monitoring production costs and margins to support strategic decisions and investments. As a business management business partner, you will bring your expertise into strategic and operational decisions to advance the further development and internationalisation of the company.

In order to be successful in this position, you will at best bring a completed business studies with a focus on finance, accounting and/or taxation, or have collected equivalent expertise in other ways. You have multi-year leadership experience in a comparable position, at best in the production environment, demand your team members and develop them professionally. You are secure in financial terms according to HGB and US-GAAP and are familiar with international corporate groups/group structures. Experiences in the project business are advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. You are highly IT affin and know the possibilities of systems (e.g. ERP & BI tools) to fully play out to standardize and automate processes. Personally, you will score points with entrepreneurial thinking, open communication and a strong team idea that will help and support your team in operational day-to-day business. Your English language skills are reliable.
