Zeiss SMT is looking for a segment line (m/w/x) in the Value Stream & Service segment at the Oberkochen location.

Your job You lead and develop the Value Stream segment in the area of integration of the DUV lenses and guide the Services, Scheduling, Engineering Services Industrial Engineering professionally and disciplinaryly.

You organize the entire integration value flow from taxation to delivery via production-relevant key figures and develop measures and solutions in the event of deviations in cooperation with their team and operating segments.

You identify potentials in value flows and workflows to increase efficiency and implement them sustainably with the specialist areas.

You ensure continuous maintenance and reliability of scheduled master data and continuously optimize them with your teams.

You are responsible for the safe and smooth operation of the hall infrastructure and coordinate a variety of projects.

A successfully completed technical university degree with the focus on e.g. production organization, value flow management, production control, etc.

At least 5 years of experience in the more disciplined management of highly qualified employees in the production environment or comparable experience in consulting companies.

Knowledge of the production organization, control, structuring and optimization of production and understanding of the production processes used.

Some project management experience and methodological knowledge in the complex environment.

High methodological competence in the field of production planning, lean management, KVP as well as in SAP ERP and application of MES systems and the corresponding key figures.

Extensive experience in cross-functional working environments with a high number of interfaces and associated stakeholder management across all hierarchical levels.

A high level of communication and team skills, commitment and resilience and flexibility.
