Nurse Palliative Care Consultation Service (m/f/d)

At the Helios Klinikum in Plauen we are looking for you as a nurse in the Palliativkonsildienst (m/w/d) part-time from Monday to Friday from 01.07.2026.

This is expected

• Complete basic and treatment care
• initial discussions and specialized assessment of the care situation
• Consultation to relieve symptoms (e.g. pain, lack of breath)
• Instruction and support of patients: women, relatives and care teams
• Creation and adaptation of individual palliative care plans
• Coordination and documentation of care and psychosocial support

This will bring you

• Completed, state-approved training as a nursing specialist (m/w/d)
• Specialization by continuing training in Palliative Care
• At least six months of practical experience in palliative care
• Ability to good cooperation in the interdisciplinary team
• Sensitive and secure communication with patients: inside and relatives
• Existing legally prescribed evidence of measles immunity
