In the Classic Infrastructure Services unit, we are responsible for providing all services related to computing, workplace and network. In addition to the professional responsibility, the necessary empowerment of the users belongs to our mission. You are the expert and communicate with the customers to find the best solutions together.

Future-oriented: You get the chance to prepare and actively shape the way for a DDI solution for the future of our company - with your vision The automated interfaces between the bank and our service providers ensure smooth IT operation. Take responsibility: You are the professional head for the topics Network Management, Monitoring Tools, DNS, DHCP and IPAM. In addition to controlling your services in day-to-day operation with our service providers, you are also responsible for the continuous development of these services. You are a key pillar in the development of our future workplace network. Designing: You are driving the digital transformation strategically and technically with your specialist expertise. Within the Classic Infrastructure Services team, you are the contact person to form a comprehensive target image in the sense of a modern IT workplace. You implement the corresponding tools, connect our service providers and control the global routing. Team-related: In the design and project implementation of technical and technical target images, you work closely and cross-functionally with other IT disciplines. Advising: You provide advice to our customers on technological issues and improve the user experience sustainably. You advise and support the departments in implementing the new addressing concept.

Education: You bring a completed study of (economic) computer science or a comparable qualification. Core competencies: You have demonstrable and multi-year knowledge and experience in networking and know the products used there and their interaction in detail. You have experience in creating network mount and IP address concepts (IPv4 & IPv6), domain management and realisation of DNS concepts. You control both the control of providers and the support for production disorders in day-to-day operation. Practical experience: In addition to on-premise and office infrastructures, you will also be familiar with modern cloud solutions related to network monitoring, DNS, DHCP and IPAM. You have already gained experience with corresponding tools (CheckMK, Infoblox, Netbox, Bind, PowerDNS). Ideally, you bring additional experience from the DCIM area.
