To strengthen our team in the area of participation, we are looking for Reference Manager*in Integration Assistance for our residential project “Alboingartens”

in parttime with 30 hours per week and the prospect of an increase.

In the new building area „Alboingartens“ in Berlin-Tempelhof we offer qualified assistance in 15 apartments for participation in mentally impaired people and outpatient care for people in their own living area.

Qualified individual assistance in all areas of life Relationship work – Case management – Network work Participation in the creation and implementation of participation planning demand-oriented social group offers Takeover of team-organisational tasks

Vocational education and training at least three years of experience in psychiatric work high empathy competence specific for dealing with mentally impaired people Responsibility, flexibility and joy in innovation Ability and willingness to self-reflection and professional development
