Responsibility for end-to-end sourcing and purchasing across all product groups, including alignment with global strategies, compliance with guidelines and optimization of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) the establishment, maintenance and development of strategic supplier relations; regular performance and business reviews to ensure supply continuity, quality improvement and continuous optimization monitoring the entire purchase order cycle and material availability; proactive communication with stakeholders and early identification and mitigation of procurement risks, including obsolescence Control of project sourcing, BOM calculations and make-or-buy analyses in close cooperation with cross-departmental teams in order to achieve targets for price, quality and appointments Implementation of efficient processes and tools (e.g. VMI, electronic data exchange) to reduce throughput times and costs and to improve cooperation with suppliers Leadership, development and performance assessment of the regional procurement team based on defined KPIs (OTD, cost savings, working capital) to ensure high performance and robust talent pipeline

completed bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management or a comparable discipline; MBA or equivalent additional qualification is advantageous At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, material management or supply chain operations, including leadership experience Funded expertise in the development of product group and procurement strategies as well as strong analytical capabilities to identify savings potentials, risk assessment and solution of supply chain challenges proven successes in supplier management, negotiations and contract administration; confident handling of SAP and Microsoft Office for Purchasing and Reporting Experience in international, dynamic business environments and ability to achieve KPI-driven goals flowing English knowledge; German knowledge is a clear advantage
