Your job is in the commercial tenant care in the current rental relationship – from the time of the apartment transfer to the termination of the apartment You are the main contact and negotiation partner for the concerns of our tenants Telephone and written rent requests Please accept and process these You conduct self-responsible tenant talks, make agreements and take on-site appointments You process incoming complaints and, if necessary, collect the necessary work of other departments For internal departments you serve as an interface and exchange regularly (technique, master, etc.) You are responsible for entering and maintaining the master data in SAP

You have completed training as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) or several years of experience in a comparable position in the area of customer service of apartments You like to make calls, have fun to go to strangers and have a self-confident appearance You also keep an overview in difficult situations You are happy to conduct and secure correspondence with tenants, authorities and lawyers A structured, independent and targeted way of working as well as communication strength Make your team work trustworthy and reliable - you see yourself as a team player You have well-founded knowledge of rental law and have good knowledge in MS-Office Ideally, you are familiar with SAP
