Support, monitoring and administration of the existing IT landscape with a focus on the virtualization environment and server infrastructure Ensuring reliable 1st and 2nd level support Installation, configuration and support of IT systems including bug analysis and troubleshooting Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and user instructions Inventory and Lifecycle Management of Hard and Software Implementation of software and security updates and patch management Support for printing, scanning and peripheral systems Occupational support for the telephone customer support and remote maintenance of our laboratory software in case of representation

Successfully completed training in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification, ideally with first professional experience Quick conception, good communicative and good analytical skills combined with a pronounced quality awareness Loadability and a team- and customer-oriented, structured working style Ability to quickly integrate into a team and actively support it Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Willingness to participate in the rotating Saturday service as well as the readiness to call (24/7) with regulated response times
