The SOS Children's Village Düsseldorf is an institution of the federally established youth aid institution SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. The work of the socially oriented facility in the south of Düsseldorf in the Garath district includes various stationary, outpatient and open offers. The stationary offer with familial sibling and micro-residential groups as well as several residential communities for the reconciliation of young people and young adults is complemented by the outpatient family assistance, early help with day care, the two KITAs, the SOS multigeneration house with café and various family education offers as well as the SOS school social work and the SOS children's and youth meeting. For our SOS Children's Village in Düsseldorf we are looking for a full-time or part-time educator (m/w/d) for the sibling group at the next possible time (min. 20 - max. 38.5 hours/Where.) Your task: Educational support and support: They support children and adolescents in their individual development, shape everyday life and promote social competences as well as self-responsibility. Creating a family structure: They place particular emphasis on sibling constellations and accompany the children in a loving and family context. They implement the measures agreed in the education and assistance plan and provide targeted educational services. They cooperate closely with schools, kindergartens, therapists, youth offices and other relevant institutions to ensure a holistic promotion of children.Running-up: They plan and accompany joint leisure activities, excursions and group trips to enable valuable experiences and strengthen the social skills of children and young people. They support the children in everyday management, provide life-structural skills and provide a living atmosphere.
