Tax Specialist | Steuerreferent (x|w|m)

For the Tax division within the Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH we are looking for a Tax Specialist | Steuerreferenten (x|w|m) with a focus on national tax law. In this position you make an important contribution to our common goal – better health for more people. As a member of a collaborative team, you will regularly discuss our German companies with colleagues from different tax disciplines. In your role, you are contact for other departments and the link to our external tax advisors and financial management. The job is possible in part-time and full-time and takes place remotely as well as on site at the campus in Göttingen.

You judge tax issues in all areas of corporate taxes

As a contact person, you will assist other departments in operational tax issues

The creation of tax analyses on tenders, contracts and projects is your responsibility

You calculate and check latent and actual taxes for consolidated and individual financial statements according to IFRS and HGB

The management of the tax return process is one of your tasks as well as the monitoring of tax audits and the supervision of remedies

The proactive analysis of the effects of legal changes also falls within your competence

Studies in economics or legal sciences with a focus on taxes, ideally supplemented by a tax consultant exam

Professional experience in tax consulting internationally active companies or in the tax department of a global group

Knowledge of German tax law and knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Impressed team capacity and service orientation combined with self-responsibility, self-responsibility, flexibility and proactive action
