CAM Programmer 5-Axis Simultaneous (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of innovative machining technologies for demanding workpieces (e.g. aerospace, medical technology, armor) Optimization of existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency Creation and simulation of NC programs with modern CAM systems Selection and optimization of tools and clamping technology for reference-class machining centres Cooperation with cooperation and development partners within projects Transfer of expertise to employees and customers

Complete technical training with further training to the technician/master or a comparable qualification Enthusiasm for modern manufacturing technologies Experience gained with CAD/CAM software (e.g. HyperMill, Siemens NX, Mastercam, Tebis) with a focus on 5-axis simultan Safe handling of NC controls (preferably Siemens and Fanuc) Knowledge of the selection and application of suitable processing strategies Experience with the simulation and analysis of NC programs Analytical thinking and pronounced problem solving competence Standing for occasional missions
