Facility Manager Cleaning Service (m/f/d)

The Niedersächsische Baugesellschaft mbH is a service company with the focus on master care, cleaning service, technical service and property service. With around 110 employees, we ensure quality and reliability every day. To support our management in organizational, administrative and strategic tasks, we are looking for a dedicated assistance that relieves our management and ensures a smooth flow of information.

Working hours: Monday–Friday | 06:00 – 14:30 Area of application: Braunschweig

As an object manager in the cleaning service, you are the central contact person for our cleaning team and supports our department manager as a right hand in the operating daily business. Your area of responsibility is clearly structured and easily manageable.

Your tasks include: Professional guidance and coordination of our cleaning staff Planning and organization of daily workflows in the objects Ensuring and controlling cleaning quality Introducing new employees Training of existing employees Contact person for employees and internal votes Support in operational planning and holiday coordination Active cooperation in the operational cleaning area as needed

Experience in building cleaning (forced required) Experience in employee management or as a foreman/team manager Class B driving licence (forced required) Responsibility, reliability and organizational talent Structured and independent operation Friendly, clear appearance to employees
