Dispatcher, Workshop (f/m/x)

You are responsible for the disposition of the workshop orders. You provide, in coordination with the workshop manager:in, the utilisation of the workshop, plan the capacities and monitor the scheduling. You are the coordinator:in between the workshop and the service consulting. In addition, you coordinate the availability of components and accessories.

Complete technical vocational training and relevant professional experience in the field of aftersales of a car house. Communication strength, team capacity and initiative. BMW product knowledge desirable. IT affinity. German knowledge.
