Digital marketing expert (m/f/d)

As an expert on digital marketing (m/w/d) at Allianz Digitalteam, you are actively driving the digital transformation of our sales. The aim is to further develop the overall coordination of the digital appearance of our sales unit on the Internet and in the social media channels. Your focus is primarily on the lead business... Cross-departmental cooperation: You identify new potentials for lead generation and work with various departments and bodies. Data-driven optimization: you analyze and optimize all lead activities, increase range and conversion rates – in close cooperation with the management of the Allianz Digital Team. Developing digital solutions: You work with Allianz Digital Team's Business Development Team on the development, testing and introduction of innovative digital tools and approaches – including other alliance units. Coaching sales teams: You support our sales teams operationally, share best practices in the lead process, and are contact persons:in all digital sales topics at our Hamburg and Leipzig locations. Qualification: You advise and qualify our sales teams in dealing with social media, lead customers and the digital customer journey – and make sure that digital processes are permanently anchored in everyday sales.

Education: Complete bachelor's or master's degree, ideally focusing on digital marketing. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in the digital context (even in online sales / online marketing) with operational responsibility Digital affinity: Enthusiasm for digital transformation & new technologies – coupled with a high readiness for continuous training. Tool competence: Embossed feeling for numbers and safe handling of the necessary applications, such as Meta Business Suite, PowerBI and Tableau - as well as very good PowerPoint skills. Personality: Empathic, self-confident and communication-strong – especially in cooperation with our employees: inside. Hands-on-Mentality: solution and result orientation, load-bearing and high operational readiness – also on site at our sales locations (Hamburg and Leipzig), as well as at the Munich headquarters
