Your areas of responsibility Professional and organizational leadership of an engineering team Planning and control of team capacities and distribution of tasks and projects Overview of ongoing, upcoming and final projects Technical examination of project-related work results and support in technical issues Communication with customers, internal interfaces and management Ensuring a transparent flow of information within the team Early detection of bottlenecks and project risks and the development of suitable solutions Support the professional and personal development of your team members

What we care about At least five years of experience in the field of steel construction planning, design drawing or a comparable technical environment Good understanding of technical drawings, modeling and project processes Safe handling of Autodesk applications and common Microsoft Office products First experience in leadership, coordination or project management Embossed organisational and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks, to distribute them meaningfully and to maintain them consistently Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; Ukrainian or Russian knowledge is advantageous Honesty, self-reflection and sense of responsibility A proactive, solution-oriented and team-oriented approach
