Approval planner for infrastructure projects (m/f/d)

Responsible for the creation of complete work packages within a large network development project for the preparation, monitoring and control of the respective required public-law approval and approval procedures (plan setting method, BImSchG) Control of internal and external service providers as well as interface management of internal disciplines, in particular easement, usability and cross-sectional management during the approval phase up to construction implementation Information and coordination talks with the approval and specialist authorities as well as citizens and other stakeholders including landowners Coordination of the production and quality assurance of approval documents Processing and maintenance of secondary determination management Implementation of negotiations with landowners, beneficiaries, associations, municipalities and other public bodies (legal person), taking into account the applicable internal requirements Active contribution to a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues and external contractors

Successfully completed study (Uni/FH) of the Department of Environment, Engineering, Spatial Planning, Geography or Similar Study Direction Professional experience in the accompaniment of permits and in the authorisation procedure of large infrastructure projects Interest in infrastructure projects and interdisciplinary thinking Efficient work and perception of tasks and experience in project management Team players and high mobility readiness
