You plan and control the use of our IT services You coordinate and organize customer orders and decommissioning measures You are responsible for the procurement of IT components, monitoring stocks and forecasting You serve customers in 2nd level support (MDE and accessories) You take care of general commercial work

You have a successfully completed commercial training You have experience in retailing and are characterised by strong organisational skills You work service, customer and team-oriented and consider comprehensive integrated technologies as well as processes You are safe in handling common MS Office applications (especially Outlook and Excel) You inspire with communication strength and bring very good knowledge of German in word and writing You want to keep our highly available systems running. After intensive integration, your willingness to call will be planned together in the team
