IT Coordinator for Rail Vehicles (m/f/d)

You support and process IT requests as part of the First Level Support for employees and technical systems in the vicinity of rail vehicles. You help to secure the IT cyber security and secure our onboard systems. You also take over the vulnerability management. You are responsible for network management and maintain, configure and develop industrial networks within the workshop and vehicle environment. You carry out diagnostic work on rail vehicles and are responsible for the depth analysis and the subsequent data provision. You analyze and evaluate technical data using modern AI-based systems. You advise professionally in the procurement of hardware and software solutions and support the selection of suitable IT systems and components. You contribute to the creation, maintenance and further development of the qualification matrix. You serve as an interface between the Group IT and other technical disciplines for coordinating and implementing common IT topics. You plan and realize the connection of machines, plants and rail vehicles to existing IT and network systems.

You have completed their studies or completed training and further training to the state-tested technicians in the field of computer science, system technology or comparable. Ideally, you already bring first professional experiences. Otherwise, professional starters are also welcome to us. In the field of network technology you have knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, VPN and firewall technologies. In the operating systems sector, you have a safe handling of Windows and Linux systems, even in the embedded environment. You bring significant analytical and conceptual skills and a high technical understanding. You are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working and have a high level of team capacity.
