Notary Assistant or Paralegal - Customer Service (m/f/d)

From now on, we are looking for a notary-employee or lawyer-employeee-customer support (m/w/d) in full-time for the supply companies for the care of sales processes (without acquisition). Our customer group includes (economic) law firms, lawyers, tax advisors, corporations, companies and individuals.

Support and control of the entire sales process for storage companies Creation and sale of holding structures Responsibility for telephone and written communication with interested parties Correspondence and coordination with notaries, firms, banks, companies and private customers Preparation and perception of notaries Close cooperation with all specialist departments for the development of customized solutions for our customers

Multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) in a structured working environment – e.g. in an internationally oriented firm, a notary or administration Completed training as a lawyer or notary worker High care, organization and a clearly structured way of working Professional, sovereign appearance – even in challenging situations Impressed communication skills and joy in dealing with (mainly) legal contacts loyalty, team spirit and reliability Very good German knowledge of word and writing; at least good English knowledge
