Get to know the processes of an international production company and introduce your own ideas. Order processing: Support in the creation, tracking and maintenance of orders in SAP Supplier communication: clarification of delivery dates, processing of inquiries and support in complaints Data management: Updating master data and material information in our systems Reporting: Creation and maintenance of evaluations, KPIs and dashboards (Excel/Power BI) Invoicing check: Using the clarification of deviations between order and invoice Process optimization: cooperation on projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs and compliance in purchasing

Studies in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a similar discipline Interest in purchasing, material management and operational processes Secure handling of MS Office, ideally first experiences with SAP Analytical thinking, organizational talent and team spirit Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
