Location: Karlsruhe Type of employment: Full-time

Your tasks:

• Conducting the professional care and care of patients according to current health science standards
• Creation and implementation of individual care plans
• Documentation of care measures according to legal requirements
• Cooperation with doctors, therapists and relatives
• Support and guidance of nurses and trainees
• Participation in quality management and continuous process optimization

Your profile:

• Complete training as a nursing specialist (examined/for health care and nursing, elderly caregiver or generalist nursing training) with state recognition
• Professional experience in nursing (hospital, nursing, outpatient care, etc.) of advantage
• German knowledge at level B2 (obligatory), C1 of advantage – secure communication with patients, relatives and team
• High level of empathy, sense of responsibility and team skills
• Flexibility, resilience and commitment to patient-oriented care
