You are responsible for the monthly wage and salary billing for several hundred employees and continuously develop our pay billing processes – especially in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors ECP. As a competent contact person, you support employees and executives on all issues relating to payroll, time management and tax and social insurance issues. In addition, you will take care of special cases, including part-time, service car regulations and pay payments. In addition, you create work contracts, contract changes, certificates and certificates and accompany measures such as salary adjustments or variable remuneration. You actively contribute to digitalization and optimization projects and help shape modern HR processes. Communication with authorities and social security institutions is also part of your daily work, as well as a structured documentation and storage of relevant data. You support annual accounts as well as pay tax and audits.

You have a completed tax-related or commercial training and you have several years of experience in the pay bill. Ideally, you have a training as a payroll or specialist assistant. You are sure to use findings in the right to work, tax and social security. With SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors EC you are familiar and travel routined in digital HR systems.
