Number: MER00041E2 The Department of Quality Planning at the Berlin site is responsible for the selection, qualification and use of test and measurement equipment in production. The aim is to achieve a zero-error target in the production and assembly of units and components by means of targeted testing strategies and the use of suitable measurement technology. A special focus is on determining test sharpness and measurement methods based on skill assessments. The close cooperation with the fields of development, process development, planning and production is essential in order to continuously improve the overall performance of the plant. Your duties as part of the internship: Analysis and evaluation of potential test equipment for the assembly of electrical components and with the focus of the band end testing stations

Development of an evaluation logic for the selection and evaluation of test results of the final product E-Motor

Support in the development of a sound capacity assessment of the test equipment used

Support for integration of test steps into existing production processes

The activity can begin from June 2026.

Studies in the field of automation technology, computer science, process engineering, vehicle engineering or comparable courses

Funded knowledge in handling electronic measurement technology

Analytical thinking and structured, strategic working

Safe handling of MS Office

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

High level of commitment, initiative and team capacity
