You are a contact person when it comes to analyzing and correcting faults in the hardware and software sector, ensuring a quick and reliable solution of technical problems. You support IT support work on first and second levels, perform maintenance and repairs on the basis of the transmitted service tickets and process them reliably in the ticket system. In your position, you take care of the complete documentation and status management of tickets in the leading ticket and asset systems and ensure a transparent follow-up of the support cases.
