You are responsible for the planning and implementation of construction projects (HOAI Phase 8) of the VGF In addition, you are responsible for the planning, monitoring and implementation of construction maintenance measures, waste disposal work, as well as activities with asbestos-containing materials and other hazardous substances in the event of demolition, rehabilitation or maintenance work (ASI work) In this function you take over the building function, project management and technical guidance, monitoring and supervision of simple design services of architects, engineers and fire protection experts You are monitoring the budget and scheduling of construction maintenance measures of VGF The implementation of smaller projects as well as project execution tasks (possibly also outside regular working hours) Your own You will also process requests from local councils, citizens and other institutions

You have completed technical vocational training In the last few years, you have been able to gather in-depth professional experience in the maintenance of high, contractor and transport construction measures. It would be desirable to have experiences with construction maintenance measures in high, low and engineering construction The proof of participation in a specialist course (e.g. according to TRGS519, TRGS 521 and TRGS 524) is advantageous The handling of the maintenance programs as well as professional competence and readiness to use, flexibility and resilience You understand motivating the project team – consisting of internal and external experts – and successfully leading to the goal Thanks to your structured and careful way of working, you contribute significantly to achieving efficient results in a qualified environment Continuing training is an integral part of your professional development and is open to new qualifications and learning content
