The Hessische Competence Center (HCC) is responsible for the operation and further development of the SAP system landscape as a central service provider of the Land of Hessen. As a certified SAP Customer Center of Expertise (CCOE), we support the Hessian state administration in the reliable and future-oriented use of SAP. The designated body is located in the Delivery Center “Application Development” in the Development HR unit. The unit is responsible for key topics of the technical development of the Hesse State's SAP-based HR method. You play a central role in projects, implementations and transformation projects as part of nationwide digitalization projects in the SAP HCM environment. You will develop innovative technical and technical concepts and solutions in a complex SAP HCM environment and accompany their implementation, configuration, testing and acceptance. You coordinate and prioritize overarching technical requirements in coordination with the participating units and advise managers as well as strategic and operational units on technical and technical issues. In addition, you will participate in transformation projects, for example in the introduction of cloud services, as well as in other digitalization initiatives. You also contribute to knowledge management and knowledge building within the team.

A completed academic degree programme, preferably in business informatics, computer science or economics, or equivalent skills and experience acquired in practice.
