Definition, development and management of business processes for priority areas in product management across the entire product life cycle Analysis of existing processes for identifying inefficiencies, risks and potential for improvement Ensuring that the Apollo-15 benefits (efficiency program) are implemented in each product portfolio Conception and implementation of maturity assessments for product management practices, including continuous improvements Evaluation of the degree of maturity assessment and definition or Proposal for measures to improve Introduction and monitoring of KPIs and dashboards for process performance Controlling the implementation of changes through documentation and communication with stakeholders

Completed (specialized)higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or Similar Professional experience in similar activity Very good knowledge in handling MS Office, product management and tools for process modeling (Miro, Mindmap, Swimlanes) Experiences in the field of defence, automotive and aerospace industries Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good communication skills, empathy and the ability of conflict resolution Self-organized and problem-solving operation readiness to travel between locations
