Process Technician (m/f/d)

Together with your team, you will ensure a smooth and efficient production process in the SMT sector and continuously develop processes and work environment. You bring your know-how to SMT, AOI, Laser Marking, Benefit Separation and Reflowlöten or work in these technologies in a structured manner.

You develop and optimise production and machine programs and accompany new products in close exchange with development, sales and production to stable series production.

Together with colleagues, you analyze process deviations and key figures (e.g. OEE, set-up times, committee) and make sustainable improvements in the sense of KVP and Lean.

You actively shape cross-departmental cooperation, clarify production interfaces and create transparency in responsibilities.

You contribute to improvement initiatives and, together with your team, you are responsible for topics from idea to effective implementation in everyday life.

You ensure that standards and processes are documented in a comprehensible way, knowledge is shared and information flows transparently through meetings and digital tools.

You moderate workshops or team rounds, give impulses to the further development of processes and strengthen self-responsive work in the team.

a completed study as an industrial engineer or a comparable qualification (e.g. technical farmer or master) and have already gained experience in the production environment. Manufacturing processes understand and work safely with production characteristics as well as advanced digital tools.

Ideally, you'll have well-founded experiences in SMT, AOI, Laser Marking, Benefit Separation and Reflowlöten – or alternatively you'll work step by step.
